As well as having a qualification in Dog Training Theory we have attended various dog training classes so we can provide training for your dog. Dave is currently in the process of taking a Dog Behaviourist course as well to allow him to help our customer further with any issues they may be having.
Yes – If they have their own lead and collar then this would be preferable. However, if not spares are always kept.
We are flexible and have no set hours. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We cover Chester and the surrounding areas. However, please contact us if you do not come under this area as we may still be able to help you.
We have a van that is fitted with lockable dog cages and space for any crates necessary. It is clean and will ensure your pets travel in comfort. We also carry pet ramps to help the smaller or less able dog get in and out and a first aid kit in case of emergencies.
We are experienced in looking after dogs, cats, guinea-pigs, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters and fish as well as many more.
Yes we are fully insured. This covers your keys as well.
Yes we have completed a Dog First Aid training course.
We are insured to walk up to 6 dogs at a time but we prefer to keep it to 4 or we can walk one on one if required.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will call and notify you immediately. In our initial consultation, we ensure we have all your emergency contact details. If veterinary assistance is needed, we will take your pet to your named vet or, depending on the circumstances, to the nearest possible one. We carry pet first aid kits on board in case of emergencies.
Yes, by law a dog must wear a tag bearing its owner’s name and address whenever it is in a public place. We also have our own collars which we use with our telephone number on.
Payment can be made by cash or cheque or via Bank Transfer.
